Getting Started
After you have purchased a Stage 3
website, we ask you to download and complete the set-up form. This form
asks for all the information that will be included in the basic site
setup.
The basic site includes 10 pages based on the preformatted templated pages we supply. These pages cover all the typical information that you would seek to communicate to new patients and patients of record about your practice.
The basic setup can be online in a very short space of time - a few hours in some cases - and may be all you ever require for your website.
Or it may just be the start. You can use your unique ID and Password to access the administration
section of your website and modify this information at any time.
You can upload photographs of your practice, the practitioners, staff and more to your website. You can make documents such as new patient forms available for patients to download, print and complete prior to arriving for their first appointment. You can add testimonials (where permitted) from your patients. And much more... all without adding a single custom page.
With the custom pages, the sky is almost the limit. Custom pages are freeform pages that let you add words, photos, graphics, tables, lists, charts and more. This website uses a combination of both templated and custom pages. Your own site can too - of it can just use templated pages or just use custom pages.
It's important to remember that websites are dynamic and their value is that they can change constantly. Unlike your practice brochure that must be finalised before you print it and cannot be changed once you have printed it, websites can evolve and grow constantly. Your Dentist Stage 3 websites can be set-up very fast based on the templated pages to give your practice an online presence right away - and then you can add more and more as time goes on. In essence, it is the best of both worlds.
